1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to the use of promotional voucher codes (hereafter “Voucher Codes”) issued by Matthew Mills Music (“we”, “us”, “our”) for use on our website, matthewmills.music (the “Website”).
These Terms and Conditions come into effect from midnight on January 1st, 2024, until further notice, and supercede previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.
By using a Voucher Code, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. General Conditions
- Unless otherwise specified, Voucher Codes are valid for use on the Website only.
- Voucher Codes are the property of Matthew Mills Music.
- Voucher Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift vouchers.
- Voucher Codes are non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned, or bartered.
- Voucher Codes provided for a specific user (e.g., new customer offers) are valid for that user’s account only and must not be shared.
3. Redemption and Validity
- To redeem a Voucher Code, you must enter the unique code at the checkout page of the Website.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, multiple Voucher Codes may be used per order/transaction.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Voucher Codes may be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, and/or discounts.
- Each Voucher Code has a limited validity period, which will be specified at the time of issue (e.g., in the promotional email or on the website banner). Voucher Codes cannot be used after their expiry date.
- We do not accept any responsibility for Voucher Codes that are lost, stolen, or deleted.
4. Restrictions and Exclusions
- Voucher Codes may be subject to a minimum spend requirement. This will be clearly stated at the time of issue. The minimum spend is calculated based on the total value of eligible products in the basket, excluding delivery charges.
- Unless explicitly stated, Voucher Codes do not apply to delivery charges.
- We reserve the right to exclude specific products, categories, or brands from any Voucher Code promotion. These exclusions will be made clear at the time of issue.
5. Returns and Refunds
- If you purchase items using a Voucher Code and subsequently return one or more of those items, you will be refunded the amount you actually paid for the item(s), taking the discount into account.
- The discount from the Voucher Code will be proportionately applied across the eligible items in your order.
- If a return causes the total order value to fall below a minimum spend threshold required for the Voucher Code, the discount will be forfeited, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
- Voucher Codes are not re-issued or reactivated upon the return of an order.
6. Our Rights
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw any Voucher Code at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected fraud, abuse, or any use that contravenes these terms.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page.
- Our decision on all matters relating to Voucher Codes is final.
- We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of a Voucher Code or any failure or inability of a customer to use a Voucher Code for any reason.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
